γ~γβ’ Laptop 0/S Installations (Ubuntu, MacOS MS Windows), Laptop application software Installations.
γ~γβ’ Laptop Dongle & other device Installations, Laptop hardware troubleshooting.
γ~γβ’ Laptop Software troubleshooting, Laptop user account setup, Permission issue fixes
γ~γβ’ User desk Network point Issues, Power Issues, Projector and TV related tasks.
γ~γβ’ CCTV related tasks, Inventories update related tasks, any other task related
to endpoint management.

γ~γβ’ Should have a professional qualification in IT from a recognized University/ Institute.
γ~γβ’ Should have minimum 01 year`s working experience in the similar capacity, preferably in an IT sector firm.
γ~γβ’ Should below 35 years of age.
γ~γβ’ Should possess a good command of English and Sinhala communication skills.
γ~γβ’ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
γ~γβ’ Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
γ~γβ’ Should be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment, and Can-Do attitude.
γ~γβ’ The Applicant should be a good team player and be able to work under pressure.
