#JOB PROFILE:
γ~γβ’ Visit customers` locations and provide necessary technical
assistant
γ~γβ’ Delivery the IT Hardware equipment to respective client
locations
γ~γβ’ Assist to Hardware Engineers to deliver a productive on-time
service
γ~γβ’ Provide virtual technical assistant to solve the hardware issues
γ~γβ’ Assist to any other IT activities and duties which assigned by
the Head of the Division

γ~γβ’ Should have partly qualifications in an IT from a recognized institute.
γ~γβ’ Should have minimum 01 year`s working experience in the similar capacity.
γ~γβ’ Excellent computer literate with ability to work in Colombo suburbs, and must have the experience in Hardware technical field service, preferably in an IT sector firm.
γ~γβ’ Should below 35 years of age.
γ~γβ’ Should possess a good command of English and Sin hala communication skills.
γ~γβ’ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
γ~γβ’ Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
γ~γβ’ Should be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment, and Can-Do attitude.
γ~γβ’ The Applicant should be a good team player and be able to work under pressure.
γ~γβ’ Should have a Valid Riding License with an own Motor Bike to travel.
γ~γβ’ Should be able to work in any other IT related function to support the Team.
