𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 :
• Responsible for designated warehouse functionsThe inbound operation, inventory controlling Or outbound operation.
• Achieving daily targets of receiving, picking and distribution operation.
• Responsible for the inventory accuracy required documentation and reports of warehouse operation.
• Take the extra mile to engage with ground-level staff and monitor them to gain more from them to enhance operational productivity.
• Organize and maintain basic housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Maintain good relationships with management, peers and subordinates.
• Support and involve in other operational functions at the warehouse to sustain effective teamwork.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 :
• Should have a Diploma in Logistics Management or Business Management from a recognized University or Institute.
• Minimum 01 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Should possess an excellent command of English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
• Should be familiar with MS Office package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Age should be below 30 years.
• Should be a person with high interpersonal and analytical skills, a committed who can work with minimum supervision and be able to work on flexible working hours.
