Summary
This position is primarily responsible for providing effective client service for personal insurance clients, as well as producer support.
Qualifications
Provide clients with excellence service
Must address client issues and ensure effective and long-term resolution
Skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
Evaluate individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
Proficient with necessary technologyMust maintain bookkeeping systems, database and recordsMust be proficient with microsoft word and excel.
Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
