The marketing technology specialist supports the university’s marketing technology operations and adoption to support snhu`s mission and vision for growth.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Monitor and enhance snhu`s lead intake processes to ensure the accuracy and speediness of lead delivery.
Monitor and facilitate the resolution of support tickets from the marketing technology servicenow queue.
Consistently challenge and seek to improve the customer experience using marketing technology and engagement strategies.
Maintain and drive continued adoption within snhu`s marketing technology stack.
Support the inception and delivery of marketing initiatives within the internal crm portfolio.
Troubleshoot issues with marketing technology and work to resolve them, occasionally while partnering with third party vendor support.
Create and maintain documentation on the various pieces of snhu’s technology stack.
Occasionally step in to represent marketing technology at various its and crm process meetings.
Act as a source of information on trends and innovation in marketing automation and technologyBring new ideas to the team for consideration
As appropriate, act as back-up for the marketing technology architect

Minimum qualifications:
Years of relevant or specific experience: two years of experience managing marketing technology solutions and
Two years of crm experience.
Academic degree(s) and/ areas of study: bachelor`s degree
Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: yes no
Professional certification(s):

Preferred qualifications:
Salesforce experience
Experience with lean/agile delivery models
Demonstrable html, css, and javascript skills
