Job summary:
Responsibilities:
Perform functional testing, integration testing and regression testing.
Translate requirements/user stories into detailed test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases and collect evidences.
Document defects identified during testing and track until closure.
Provide test data support for user acceptance testing.
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time and priorities effectively.
Use standardized testing methods, tools and procedures to ensure testing is efficient, effective and comprehensive.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers and management team.
Ability to work in an integrated team environment
Requirements:
Required skills:
Experience with test case preparation, test execution, requirement traceability, peer reviews, defect tracking, functional, integration and regression testing.
Experience with sdlc and/or agile software testing
Experience with alm and/or jira and/or testrail
Experience with mainframe applications
Desired skills:
Experience with cms projects.
Experience with echimp and/or confluence
Experience with mainframe screen readers and file comparison tools
Certification in testing and/or agile
Experience with cms xlc/tlc processes
Experience with medicare claims processing and claims adjudication processes
Experience with fiss/mcs/dme/cwf/bcrc systems
Education/experience level:
Bachelor`s degree in computer science or information technology related field (preferred)
