Full job description
Special services tactical is seeking a security dispatcher to join our team!
In the role of a a security dispatcher, primary responsibilities include:
-verifying all guards are on post and clocked in at their scheduled start time through means of our clock in systems.
-if a guard is not clocked in, the dispatcher will be responsible for making contact with the guard and/or the coverage location to ensure the guard is on post (or provided with their estimated time of arrival to site)
-verifying vendor clock ins
-finding coverage if notice is given that a guard will not be coming to post for their scheduled shift.
Experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
