About the job
Spruce is looking for an experienced post-closing director to join its growing real estate operations team and help ensure customer satisfaction exceeds expectationsThe ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentAs part of the operations team, you will help train and support the team on all steps of the operations processYour ability to tackle multiple projects will assist the team in meeting client and company deliverables in a quality manner.
What you`ll do
Oversee quality and quantity of all our national post-closing operations
Manage and coach team members on best practices
Maintain client relationships and effectively and efficiently de-escalates any issues
Develop our playbook for resilient, effective, best-in-class national post-closing operations and lead the team to work in ways that help spruce scale
Attract and maintain a high-performing team of hard-working post-closing ops associates to serve the needs of our clients
Maintain adherence to operating budget guidelines regarding all revenue and expenses to ensure profitability
Perform retro analyses on major issues by diagnosing the problem and developing resolutions which could range from individual coaching to improving operational procedures
Alongside your management peers, serve as after hours support for customer escalations
What we`re looking for
Experience in a management role over post-closing operations; ideally as a manager of managers
Familiarity and comfort working in a national model
Experience building high-volume workflows and processes
Interest in working in a startup environment; being a part of creating the tools and processes your team will use
Experience rapidly growing a team, hiring, learning, and partnership with a people ops team
Comfort managing to fast-paced and flexible business objectives
