Requirements
Your mission
Plan and execute test schedules and strategies for new and existing releases
Performing thorough testing on assigned games and featuresThis can include functionality, balance, stability, performance, interface, art, sound, text, documentation, and other types of testing
Work with engineering and product teams to develop test cases
Identifies and documents defects in a clear and concise manner using the assigned bug tracking database (pivotal/jira)
Executes test plans and maintains outsourced workflow
Assist in gameplay rules write up to expedite outsourced testing
Assists the production/development team in tracking down issues and working out the steps to reproduce so that they are easier to locate and fix
Track bug resolution efforts
Monitor tools like bugsnag and any potential ui issues
Report and monitor crash analytics on google play store and app store
Work cross functionally with support and product teams to gather information from users to improve the user experience
Ad hoc testing and any additional supportive task as directed by project lead
Desired skills
Experience and familiarity with mobile gaming.
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management platforms such as pivotal and confluence
Experience with android and ios app and web-client development lifecycle
Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to analyze issues
Desired background
