SrCorporate recruiter - technology and sales star2star communications has a core purpose: to reshape the ways productive people collaborate and cooperate and to make each of us more powerful and enabled in our working livesWe are one of the fastest-growing business class unified communications firms in the world and are currently looking for a corporate recruiter to focus on technology and sales positionsIn this role, you will help deliver qualified candidates for a variety of roles throughout the organizationThe location of this role could be atlanta, tampa bay area, sarasota, and huntsvilleWhile this is a remote position, limited travel is expected to one of our office locationsYour role:
Utilize your strong sourcing skills to develop a robust candidate slate for a variety of technical and sales positions.
Act as a business partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs and advising them through the hiring process.
Demonstrate your ability to deliver and close top talent with a successful interview to hire ratio
Work with the people operations team to assist on a successful new hire onboarding process
Continually foster collaboration with hiring teams and people operations on recruiting best practices
Make a direct impact on the growth and talent we develop in the organization
Act with a sense of urgency as you deal with competing priorities
Your background:
You have a passion for finding top talent through multiple sources under tight deadlines with roughly 2-4 years of experience
You enjoy working on a variety of roles simultaneously.
You have a technology bent toward recruiting and can easily maneuver through an ats, linkedin, ect.
You enjoy building relationships with hiring managers to better understand their departmental hiring needs.
You are a natural connector and don`t shy away from networking events, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
You have a thirst for knowledge and are naturally inquisitive about how and why the business works.
