Stark & stark has an opening in our yardley office for a personal injury litigation attorney to join our teamThe ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be self-directed and detailed-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentThe right candidate will have the extraordinary opportunity to continue their professional development in a challenging, but collegial, environment.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will manage a full caseload of plaintiff’s personal injury casesResponsibilities will include handling depositions, drafting and responding to pleadings, evaluating the merits of a personal injury claim, ascertaining experts, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling, litigating cases and trial of cases.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 10-12 years of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experienceExperience in trial work handling catastrophic claims and complex litigation is preferredShould possess strong trial litigation skills, analytical, interpersonal, drafting, negotiation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clientsMust be licensed to practice in the state of pennsylvania.
