Responsibilities
Applicants must have knowledge of all aspects of petitioner’s workers` compensation cases of varying degrees of complexityResponsibilities will include conducting research and analysis, drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses and other legal documents.
Qualifications
The individual should be well organized and able to see an assignment through to its end when given proper directionParalegal certificate or associate’s degree requiredThe right candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experienceExperience in workers’ compensation matters preferredA comprehensive knowledge of microsoft office is also requiredAbility to read, write and speak in spanish is preferred.
