Who we are looking for?
State street seeks to recruit a cyber security support analyst to join a world-class information security teamWe are looking for a detail oriented, team player with an analytical mindset wanting gain experience and grow their technical skillsJoin us in evolving our threat monitoring capabilities to shape a pro-active threat intelligence driven fusion model to protect state street, its customers and partners from the ever evolving and sophisticated global threat actorsPlease note, we will consider remote work options for highly skilled candidates with a strong match against required skills.
What you will be responsible for?
Performing daily/weekly/monthly report creation and dissemination
Creating and refining documentation
Improving and challenging existing processes and procedure in a fast-moving environment.
Providing support to the cyber threat unit
Participation in incident response preparedness exercises (tabletops)
Developing a strong understanding of cyber security incident response best practices, state street business and it processes and incident remediation
Will work with other analysts to review the categorization and prioritization of security events, based on trends with state street cyber security risks

Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
Knowledge of adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures
Knowledge of incident response and handling methodologies
Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)
Knowledge of it architecture and operations (computing, network, storage & cloud)
Education & preferred qualifications
Bs in cyber security, information technology, computer science or relevant experience
+3 years in cyber security skill roles – soc experience a plus
It experience or training prior to security experience preferred
Additional requirements
Financial services experience a plus
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Technical security certifications a plus
On call rotational coverage
