The real estate development team manages the development process from the inception of transaction through the construction and delivery of each projectDevelopment team members employ skills in land use, design, construction management, and financial analysis across the projects the company executes.
Responsible for:
Work closely with the development manager in a broad range of development activities including site acquisition, land use and zoning, and design and construction managementBe solely responsible for many of these activities with limited supervision.
Conduct market analysis, site viability and conditions, zoning assessments, and other due diligence related to site acquisition and development feasibility.
Present and be responsible for weekly reporting for ongoing projects to senior leadership.
Manage the development budget and schedules for assigned projects
Assist development team in securing the appropriate approvals, entitlements, permits, etcFrom city and other government agencies.
Negotiate and draft contract terms and scope with design consultants and contractors.
Oversight of project contractors and consultants
