Steelbridge insurance services is a p&c brokerage working exclusively with nonprofit organizationsWe have offices in santa cruz, ca, and austin, tx, and work with clients in 20 statesOur brokerage is relatively small but growing rapidlyWe are deeply committed to our clients and their mission.
We are looking for an experienced insurance customer service representative to serve the needs of our clients and work with our insurers.
Note that all interviews will be conducted via zoom.
Requirements & skills:
Understand that satisfied clients make the brokerage successful
Have significant experience working with commercial lines p&c clients and in-depth knowledge of all related lines of business
Substantial experience with daily servicing work including issuing coi’s (with related endorsements), managing renewals, processing endorsements, obtaining additional underwriting information from clients, answering client questions, working with underwriters, etc.
Know how to market renewals and new business via online rating systems and direct submissions
Ability to work within established procedures yet understand that sometimes you have to look outside the box to solve problems
Very comfortable working in a paperless environment
Ability to work independently and work efficiently
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
In-depth knowledge of ams360 is required
In-depth knowledge of outlook, office 365, and adobe required
P&c insurance license is required
Compensation:
Salary based on experience and skills
