About the role
The executive recruiting associate position is a high visibility role, working with top-level leaders to coordinate their interviews with stitch fixRecruiting coordinators (rcs) on our team manage the entire candidate coordination lifecycle, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangementsOur rcs are the candidate`s primary point of contact for interview coordination and information/assistance throughout the interviewing processCandidate experience is key at stitch fix, and the executive recruitment associate has an immediate impact on the experience of our leadership candidates.
This role can either be based in our san francisco hq or remote (us) and will report directly to the director, recruiting programs, operations & strategy.
You`re excited about this opportunity because you will:
Influence candidate and internal stitch fix leaders` recruiting and hiring experiences
Schedule interviews and coordinate with executive assistants (eas) supporting senior leadership
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work, and communication with leadership candidates throughout the candidate`s lifecycle from initial contact to start date
Enter and track candidate information in our greenhouse ats and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
Drive complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
Manage multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
Maintain a deep level of confidentiality
The perspective and experience you bring includes:
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of recruiting, administrative or or project management experience
Experience supporting senior management in corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm
Pc skills, including strong working knowledge of g-suite tools and applicant tracking systems (greenhouse preferred) as well as zoom/slack
Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment
Previous experience coordinating for executives
Passion for technology
Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make tradeoffs
Effective verbal and written communication skills
