We are looking to hire a self-motivated, goal-oriented property & casualty insurance agent with exemplary customer service skills and keen attention to detailThe ideal candidate will:
Build relationships based on trust with compassion and a genuine desire to service the clients needs
Communicate effectively to identifying the unique needs of the customer and educate them on products and services
Evaluate risks and go the extra mile to ensure that we are meeting underwriting standards
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and convert prospects to sales
Maintain an activity record to diary all client correspondence
Possess a current property & casualty license and obtain additional state licenses as warranted
Have experience with ezlynx software and/or comparable ams software
Job type: full-time (remote)
Schedule:
Monday-friday 8:30 a.m– 5:00 p.m.
Licensing:
A valid property & casualty license required
