Customer service job duties:
Maintain customer retention
Manage customer accounts
Accurately record client information into database
Assist in training new customer service team members
Pinpoint customer dilemma and quickly find an appropriate solution
Provide valuable customer feedback to clients and suggest new innovation as needed
Assist in thorough completion of sales documentation
Provide quotes to customers
Customer service requirements:
Student mentality
Exceptional social skills
Ability to multitask
Basic computer skills
1-3 years customer service, hospitality, retail or restaurant experience (preferred)
Ability to commute to our offices in saint louis
Valid work authorization
High school diploma or equivalent required
