Qualifications
Required education - jd
Actively barred in california
Knowledgeable regarding litigation practice, the rosenthal fair debt collection practices act, and federal statutes such as the fdcpa is a plus
Actively barred in additional states is a plus
Responsibilities
Make regular court appearances on behalf of our clients
Conduct legal research and writing
Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
Negotiate and work to resolve matters prior to trial
Work with our local growing la office
