Full job description
Looking for a detail-oriented sales person for our hot tub and outdoor furniture retail store
Responsibilities include:
- in store sales, communicating with customers
- answering all calls and voicemails in a timely manner.
- taking good notes with all customer information.
- communicating with techs, management and clients in order to schedule and keep up to date with service and repair work.
- utilize our task management and service software to make sure all details are accounted for and everyone is on the same page.
- submit messages, emails and paperwork to the appropriate persons.
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of sales experience
- good communication skills
- must be available during standard business hours and weekends
- basic computer skills and microsoft office experience required
