Job description
Mindox Techno is seeking an independent, motivated and resourceful Senior Principal Semiconductor Metrology Engineer for our facility - located in Singapore and Malaysia where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology industries
The candidate must be a strong team participant, have excellent communication skills, and be resourceful and multitalentedA strong understanding of semiconductor technology and metrology engineering is a plusThe Senior Principal Semiconductor Metrology Engineer should possess some knowledge of thin film metrology, optical image review techniques and practicesThe selected candidate should have an aptitude for data analysis, technology development and demonstrate an ability to communicate well with others and work equally well independently and as part of a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Knowledge in sensing, microscopy imaging and illumination system.
• Identify and test the optical components, cameras, sensors.
• Skills in Electronics and Laboratory testing.
• Programming Skills and equipment handling experience are preferred
• Assisting with ongoing efforts to integrate in-line metrology into our process flows
• Writing and maintaining process documentation
• Prior experience in Semiconductor Metrology solution is an advantage
Requirements
• Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Physics or other related technical discipline with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience developing technical specifications for equipment procurement
• Experience in lean manufacturing practices and structured problem-solving methodology
• Advanced knowledge of statistical process control
• Data analysis and visualization
• 5-year experience with semiconductor fabrication
