As the finance systems analyst on the corporate operations team you`ll be responsible for supporting the smooth operation and function of commissions related systems that ensure timely and accurate payment to the sales organizationYour understanding of sales incentive plans and structures and sales organizational behavior will be practical when working closely with the support of the commissions team and other members of the finance data strategy team, but you will ultimately be responsible for the management of xactly and other systems related to commissions processing and reportingThese responsibilities include designing commission plans, processing bookings activity, calculating commissions accruals and payments, and producing reportingPrior experience with xactly not required, but you must have a curiosity and willingness to learn.
What you`ll do
Maintain and administer the xactly incentive compensation system
Ensure timely and reliable processing of monthly commissions calculations and reporting
Collaborate with the commissions team to design and build commissions plans
Research, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies within and across systems and datasets

3+ years of relatable experience in sales, systems or finance
Bachelor`s degree in finance, economics, or information technology or a related degree
Colorado wage notice: $70,000-$80,000 base plus benefits.
