The work is exciting - and we make it fun! you will be continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers all from the comfort of your home!

Requirements:
Must be a texas resident
Must complete a video interviewLink will be emailed if selected
Private and secure work space at home free from background noise or distractions
Sales, retail, restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Professional vocabulary
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Assertive, quick thinking
Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
Prior work from home call center experience a plus!
Good computer skills
Must pass a standard background check

Must provide your own computer
Internet connection - minimum of 25 mbps download and 5mbps upload of dsl, fiber optic, or cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections) good wi-fi considered
Windows 10 desktop or laptop current on all security updates or macbook ( at least macos mojave 10.14 or higher)
For macbook users, you will be required to have a landlineIf landline is not available, you may avail yourself of the low-cost paid softphone through counterpathThis service is around $35 / year.
