Tactical medical solutions is seeking a regional sales consultant for the midwest (il, wi, mo, ia, mn, ks, ne, nd, sd) area.
The regional sales consultant may have a variety of responsibilities, such as the responsibility for sales targets and current relationships within a specific geographyThe regional sales consultants must demonstrate a strong understanding of tactical medical solutions line of products and services while calling on local, state, and civilian customers to accomplish both territory and company sales goals.
Duties
Meet and exceed sales goals set forth annually
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and support customers throughout the selling process; excellent communication and interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and embrace new ways of working in a rapidly changing environment.
Possess the ability to leverage multiple resources to meet customer needs and deliver results.
Perform the role in a compliant manner consistent with all company policies, practices and procedures.

Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in calling on customers and making a sale
Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
Perform duties in an ethically compliant manner
Required bachelors degree or higher
Preferred 3+ years of proves sales experience
Travel up to 50%
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Valid driver license required
Candidates must live within the sales region
