Full job description
Assists the commercial lines team in servicing accounts in an automated, efficient, cost effective manner that provides for retention, growth and profitability.
Duties
· processing renewals, account summaries, certificates, endorsements
· requesting endorsements, quotes and/or issuing endorsements on insurance company websites
· assisting with quoting on renewals and/or new business on company websites
· requesting loss runs
· cover front desk duties in a shared rotation
· performing other duties as needed

Additionally you have/are
· ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
· excellent organizational skills
· computer proficiency with microsoft programs, as well as ability to learn various independent insurance companies software systems – vertafore products a plus
· high level of interpersonal skills to deal effectively with insurance companies and co-workers
· industry experience a plus
· current colorado p&c license or willing to get licensed
