We are seeking a marketing project manager to join our teamIn this role you’ll work hand-in-hand with our client`s grow and learn organization to develop and manage work-streams in support of a variety of projectsThe ideal candidate has both good project management skills along with a strong background in marketing.
This is a full-time salaried position with benefits for a remote worker within the u.sAnd canada.
What you will do:
Be responsible for the overall program success
Create project plans for marketing & communications strategy
Drive marketing project implementation, strategy, and execution, including milestones & deliverables
Lead & drive project update meetings
Interface with business stakeholders and clients (internal & external to organization)
Align strategies and objectives across programs, connecting the dots
Document process, creating playbooks and raci charts
Manage marketing collateral
Drive ongoing program improvements
Other ad hoc duties as required
You`re a good fit if you have:
5+ years of marketing project management experience for a high tech company
Strong project management skills and understanding of project management processes
Organized with the ability to plan, prioritize and complete work within agreed timelines
Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative, incredibly organized and responsive
Proven track record for developing and documenting process improvements
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with proven ability to influence at all levels
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding written communications and also time management skills
Customer service, super positive, `can-do` attitude
Advanced smartsheets skills (certification is a +)
Microsoft office 365, with strong experience in & comfort with powerpoint, excel and sharepoint
Knowledge of monday.com is a strong plus
Proficiency using webex meetings and teams
Partner experience is a plus
