Our integrated marketing team is essential to the overall strategy, planning, and campaign execution for our clients and copywriter is a key role in the delivery of value to our clients through our integrated marketing servicesWe’re looking for an in-house copywriter to partner with our content strategists and creative team to bring brand stories to life on websites, through advertising assets, on social channels, and across a wide range of communication platforms.
In this role, you will:
Develop high quality copy for a range of clients, campaigns, and mediums and in support of a variety of needs, from building brand awareness to educating consumers and driving conversion
Seamlessly channel the brand personalities, tones, and stylistics of our clients
Communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision
Support the customer journey with content aligned to specific needs, phases and decision points along the way
Thoroughly proof and edit copy to ensure error-free delivery
Communicate and collaborate with content and creative as well as other cross-functional team members on projects
Attend client calls and internal downloads to gather feedback and/or content material
The ideal candidate:
Has a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, advertising or marketing or a related field
Has 2+ years of copywriting experience, ideally within an internal or external agency setting
Has extensive experience with copywriting for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital mediums
Has outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail
Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within the timelines provided
Is organized and can manage time effectively
Possesses a fundamental understanding of marketing funnels and the customer journey
Writes with empathy, with the ability to craft messaging for a wide variety of target audiences
Is equally adept at writing brand-forward and conversion-focused copy
Is capable of giving and receiving constructive feedback gracefully
Has experience partnering with art directors to ideate and develop creative concepts
Wants to continually learn and grow, both personally and professionally
Has experience implementing seo content/keyword optimizations
Has a strong, versatile portfolio of copywriting samples (required)
