What you will do:
First and foremost - solve brand problems - this means getting your hands dirty at the brand level, dazzling clients with sharp work that never strays from strategy.
Consistently display your strategic and conceptual copywriting skills
Craft creative copy for campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, emails, landing pages, digital banners, web, mobile, tv/radio/olv and more
Collaborate with the creative team, clients and account service to ensure the best product at the highest quality.
Work alongside art directors and others to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and on-strategy
What you should have:
5+ years of experience in copywriting, agency experience preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Fearless and boundless creativity
Excellent attention to detail
A passion for and ability to internalize and refine strategies in a consumer context.
Experience working with a diverse profile of clients, and the ability to adapt your writing style to a variety of brands
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic, deadline-driven work environment
Excellent presentation skills
Portfolio of work is required.

The salary for this exempt-level position will be based on experience and qualifications within an established pay rangeBenefits include 85% employer-paid medical, eligibility to participate in vision and dental insurance as well company paid std, ltd coverage plus a flat amount company paid toward basic life and ad&d, as well as a generous 401(k) retirement contribution plan eligible after 90-days of employment.
Working conditions:
We operate as a work, not live, from anywhere model and utilize the office space as a co-working space where you can come in as neededThat said, whether in the office or at a remote location, we try to operate in the traditional office norm modelYou will be working with a computer, telephone, copier, or other office equipment as necessary for long stretches of timeThere may be some occasional long, irregular hoursYou are expected to communicate effectively (verbal and written), and maintain professionalism under stressOccasionally you will need to bend, pull, push and/or reach to access job-related materialsYou will also be expected to work with frequent interruptions such as slack messages, emails, phone calls, drive-by visits to your desk, whether that is from a co-worker at the office or your dog barking while working remotely.
