Core job responsibilities
Publishes and monitors linkedin content, working with client`s corporate marketing and digital teams to determine timing so posts align with other corporate content.
Monitors and moderates direct messages and comments on linkedin and triages as needed.
Keeps abreast of the latest social trends and updates broader team.
Works with digital team to determine best art, videos, and graphics to accompany social media content.
Tracks social media content and performance and updates internal dashboard.
Works collaboratively with the executive communications to monitor, manage and draft supporting communications for an external environment.
Basic requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or equivalent.
A minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience and a proven record of success in developing and executing communication programming and social engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with knowledge of emerging communications trends, technologies, and the social medial landscape
General understanding of the healthcare system, environmental issues and the biopharmaceutical industry and business.
Learns fast, grasps the `essence` and can change course quickly where indicated; raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo; creates a learning environment, open to suggestions and experimentation for improvement
Strong project management skills alongside strategic thinking and a detail-oriented approach.
