Our cmo also needs to be a passionate builder of teamsYou have previously built diverse, high-performing teams that successfully deliverYou know how to inspire, mentor, and coach people; you can not only lead your team through change, but you encourage them to try new things and create productive change themselvesYou have experience building collaborative and productive relationships with product, sales, engineering, design, people teams, and other partners.

Have successfully built a system of interconnected and mutually reinforcing product and content channels
Understand how to take a promising growth-stage company to $100m in arr and beyond
Are a metrics-driven saas marketing leader who knows how to operationalize marketing experiments so that we can learn quickly and invest into channels accordingly
Understand the relationship between customer brand, employer brand, and company brand
Have previously built diverse teams with a strong sense of mission and belonging
Love learning by making - we are an innovative team with new products coming to market, and our cmo is energized by taking smart risks
Understand social media, viral growth, and the value of data
