As a people business partner (pbp) you will be a critical member of the textio people team and work closely with leaders and employees at every level.
You will partner with members of the people team to help build, evolve, and lead people related initiatives such as performance management and talent planning, and help build a culture of representation, inclusion and belonging.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with leaders to cultivate a culture that reflects the principles of the organization, drive engagement, and champions belonging and inclusion for all team members
Identify the appropriate strategy and the activities needed to help with performance, engagement, organization effectiveness, retention and career growth.
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
Help design, evolve and execute on performance management, employee engagement and talent development programs.
Identify and solve for training needs for leaders and individual contributors.
Work with the vp of people to drive organizational change and initiatives that allows textio to maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team.
Resolve complex employee relations issues.
Plan and execute on companywide events, to include employee recognition and reward programs.
Collaborate with other members of the people team or on cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives as needed.

Are know for having excellent coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and communication skills
Can easily organize, interpret and act on people data (attrition, engagement, etc.)
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
