We`re a young, woman-run, highly successful real estate company that considers themself more of a startup than a brokerageWe sell and lease brand new construction apartment buildings all over la, and have the multi-family market cornered.
Our brand is recognized as young and hip (in comparison to the stale real estate companies we compete with), but we`re looking for someone to help us take it to the next level, along with pumping out regular marketing materials/campaigns and keeping a strong web/social presence.
Job duties:
Design regular marketing mailings (postcards, letters, etc)
Design yard signs & banners
Design/update regular marketing packages for listings
Design regular e-blasts
Update/manage existing website
Oversee website redesign
Improve seo
Design social media posts
Manage social media accounts/build presence
Oversee/schedule property photo/video shoots
Edit property photos
Oversee agent photo/video shoots
Assist in brand redesign
Job requirements:
Proficient in adobe photoshop/illustrator
Proficient in adobe indesign
Proficient with wix website builder and/or equivalents
At least basic knowledge of or interest in seo
At least basic knowledge of or interest in social media algorithms
Savvy with all social media platforms
Some familiarity with photography/videography/editing
Excited about content creation
Skilled writer
Works well with a team
Added bonus:
Proficient in adobe lightroom
Proficient in adobe premiere
Proficient in adobe dreamweaver
Familiarity with producing video content
Familiarity with la/valley neighborhoods
Close proximity to burbank or live in la
