Executive search consultant (recruiter) - greentech/biotech - remote

We’re seeking an executive search consultant to help us fulfill our clients’ hiring needsThis is a great opportunity to develop your career as a recruiter, under the direct mentorship of an experienced executive, using a fresh, modern, high-integrity approachYou’ll be supported by an excellent, enthusiastic administrative assistant and a team of highly intelligent, well trained remote researchers to find and contact qualified target candidates.
Here’s what you’d be doing:
Source and engage potential candidates via email and phone.
Interviewing candidates using a sophisticated, curiosity-based methodology(we dive deep to find the real winners!)
Write detailed candidate assessments for clients.
Managing client relationships and running weekly client update calls.
Write and analyze job descriptions.
Oversee research team efforts to make sure we’re finding the top targets.
You’d be qualified for this role if:
You have at least 5 years of experience in executive search.
You have some experience in any of the sectors we cover (energy, materials, biotech, agtech, iot, sustainability).
You’re friendly and upbeat, with strong communication and social skills.
You maintain a consistently flexible, positive attitude in the face of challenges and uncertainty.
You’ve got a mature sense of judgment, and you gracefully navigate complex interpersonal situations.
You’re reasonably attentive to detail but you always keep the big picture in mind.
You’re able to remain organized in a fast-paced work environment.
You’re available to work full-time, during normal business hours as well as occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
You’re excited about joining and helping to grow a small recruiting firm into a durable enterprise.
