Law firm seeking an exceptional paralegal for its bankruptcy practice.
Successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
Advanced understanding of the fundamentals of chapter 7, and 13 bankruptcies
Must be knowledgeable of bankruptcy law and foreclosure proceedings
Experience with e-filing cases
Must be proficient with basic accounting
Must be proficient in microsoft office
Must possess the ability to work independently but also be a team player
Must possess excellent communications skills
Must provide exceptional customer service
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Must be proactive
At least 3-5 years experience in a paralegal role
Experience with pacer and bestcase
