As a loan processor, you will be responsible for processing customer loan applications from the point of approval to loan fundingYou will advise customers, contractors and lenders on the status of their loansThe loan processor must: project a smile in their voice, be confident, have excellent attention to detail and be excited to serve and help customers and contractors!
Remote work:
Please note that while this role typically works remotely, the ideal candidate must live in ca within driving distance of our officeIn the event of a situation that prevents remote work, such as loss of power or internet outage, it is expected that you work from the energy loan network office.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service to our customers, contractors, and lending partners
Be the expert-on-the-line for all inquiries about eln’s products
Manage day-to-day flow of projects towards funding
Educate contractors and customers about eln products and process
Check project documents for accuracy and compliance with our program requirements
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer and contractor needs
Advise contractors and customers of the next steps on their loan applications
Document all interactions with contractors and customers
Accomplish high production levels while maintaining excellent quality
Assist and advise lender partners as needed
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of high-volume loan processing experience
Ability to communicate effectively with different personalities and stay calm and focused during stressful conversations
Outstanding customer service skills – a desire and ability to serve and help others
Ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively resolve problems in a fast-paced environment
Accountable and responsible member of the team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn various required applications
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Ability to convey a smile in their voice during all telephone conversations
Extraordinary attention to detail
Previous call center experience is a plus
