Business analyst (financial services) – documentation specialist
Responsibilities:
Business analyst will take the lead role in the documentation of the security master solution including application documentation, workflows, and operational procedures for go-live.
The role is for a professional writer who specializes in both business and technical documentation.
Requirements:
Must have at least five years of experience working in the financial services industry.
Ability to understand and describe data flows and system interdependencies to both technical and non-technical audiences is required.
The candidate will need to have good visio skills and powerpoint skills and to be able to produce and present business process diagrams and capability narratives.
The position requires interfacing regularly with the business, technical, operations teams, and internal client resources.
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior knowledge of instrument and market data concepts is required.
