Influential, an a.iInfluencer technology and developer partner of ibm watson, is looking for a talent acquisition manager to identify and recruit top talent for our growing teamThis role will lead the development and execution of our recruitment strategies by attracting diverse candidates for our critical rolesCollaborating directly with the director of people operations, the talent acquisition manager will be a part of a small hr team and will support influential hiring managers throughout the entire hiring processThe ideal candidate should be dynamic, self-motivated, and have a passion for building great relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Here`s what you`ll be doing: *
Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process and manage the talent pipeline
Work collaboratively with hiring managers and hr to devise a multi-faceted, innovative and custom recruitment strategy
Proactively recruit active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, internal and external databases for diverse talent
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and relevant publications
Schedule and conduct interviews on behalf of hiring managers and hiring teams
Make informed selection recommendations to hiring managers
Focus on diversity and inclusion when building pipelines and as part of the entire hiring process
Review job applications, screen resumes, and track incoming referrals
Act as a liaison with employment agencies, temporary/direct hire agencies, and professional organizations
Continuously build and maintain pipelines of relevant industry talent
Manage onboarding and mentorship programs, along with new hire experience by aligning programs and practices with the needs of managers and department heads
Effectively support and contribute to processes around larger initiatives, strategic projects and programs
Coordinate team building activities and group events along with our people ops team
Here`s what we`d like to see:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-7+ years of experience in a recruitment role
Self-motivation and experience juggling several projects at once
Strong communication skills and comfort creating organization within your role where none may already exist
Effective negotiation skills with insight into compensation trends
Keep a pulse on the latest recruitment trends and best practices
High eq with a natural ability to communicate clearly, build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally
Comfort giving and receiving feedback with a focus on continued growth and improvement
Experience in recruitment for creative, digital and/or advertising agency environments
Comfort working in a fully remote environment
Bonus points if:
Familiar with adp and/or bamboohr
Have worked in a startup environment
