Kcl is seeking a client success coordinator to be an integral part of our sales and client success teams by providing support to internal and external stakeholdersA typical day will include media plan creation, sales contract management, salesforce data entry, email management and reporting requests so you will need to be a master at time management, an excellent communicator and detail orientedActing as a problem solver and juggling multiple responsibilities will require you to be highly organized and skilled at prioritization.
Kcl will currently consider remote applicants who reside in the following states: arkansas, florida, georgia, idaho, illinois, ohio, washington, wisconsin, south dakota, or utah.
In this role you will
Create and distribute sales presentations and supporting documents including media plan proposals and sales insights to clients
Monitor and organize all systems that support the sales team including salesforce, asana and the google suite of products.
Partner & collaborate with sales & finance to maximize company earnings, while upholding kcl values.
Interact and engage with clients via email, zoom, and by phone, to ensure the success of their campaign.
Proactively communicate with the campaign team to ensure a smooth transition for our clients
Manage billing inquiries as needed.
Attend essential sales meetings and develop an understanding and working knowledge of kcl`s services and product offerings
About you
Experience with salesforce, excel and the google suite of products
Proven success in partnering with sales
Experience with cpg and/or digital advertising
Strong work ethic, eager to learn with a positive attitude.
Highly skilled in organization, problem-solving & customer service
