About this role
The production manager oversees the manufacture of goods for our partnersWe produce just about everything under the sun, with significant emphasis on bulk apparel production, as well as dtg printingThis role centers on using the loyalist’s tools, most of which are proprietary, in order to create efficiencies for the production team and our partnersThis role is for someone who is detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage production for our clients, ensuring goods are delivered on time and accurately: dtg production, bulk production, inventory goods, shipping
Generate purchase orders using the loyalist’s proprietary software
Generate tech packs
Sample products for partners
Quote projects for partners
Work with a team of brand managers to help partners reach their commerce goals
Communicate regularly with vendors on all ongoing production
Invoicing and billing: ensure partners know their costs for production, ensure vendors are paid what they are owed
Skills / experience
At least 2 years experience in production at a similar company;
Kind, humble, confident, competitiveOkay with a discrete ‘behind the scenes’ role;
Bachelor’s degree or significant experience or education in relevant field(s);
Highly knowledgeable about product and screenprinting;
Experience in account management, retailing, or in a consumer sector;
Deep and obvious interest in e-commerce, brands, logistics, et al;
Comfortable working cross-functionally, building internal and external relationships;
Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, sales leads and internal stakeholders;
‘inbox zero’ approach to communication with vendors, partners, and with management
