Job duties and expectations:
Financial analysis: analyze proformas, read financial statements, create scorecards
Spreadsheet wizardry: make complex data look simple and be willing to iterate repeatedly
Legal document review
Read legal documents and make comments on logical errors, confusing sections or missing information
Types of legal documents: operating agreements, corporate documents, leases, purchase agreements, wills, trusts, etc.
Financial acumen: grasp of mid-level accounting concepts and how to read financial statements
Research: review technical business concepts and summarize findings
Follows up and follows through: highly conscientious and able to complete recurring tasks without reminder
Property or business acquisition: document review and research (letter of intent, leases, purchase agreement, environmental documents, surveys, layouts).
Confidentiality: protect the companies through being extremely conscientious about confidentiality

You have prior finance or paralegal type experience.
