The mcneill insurance group is looking for a sales producerExcellent bases pay plus commissionEarn money selling insurance policies and establishing relationships with loan officers, realtors, and other community leadersFull and part-time availableWork remotelyFlexible work scheduleThe ideal candidate is an eager beaver, people person with communication skills who are willing to learn to sellInsurance experience is not required, but one must be ready to learn.
Responsibilities:
· provide exceptional service to our current customer base.
· expand the agency by overseeing various marketing campaigns to current & potential customers
· proactively cross-sell to current customer base
· prospect for new business through leads, networking, involvement in local community events, & personal contacts
· expand business reach through networking techniques
· comply with insurance standards and regulations
· track and identify areas of improvement
