Position: entry level patent attorney or agent
Experience: 0-1 years of experience
Ideal candidate
We have a need for an entry level patent attorney or agent in our denver, co office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in:
Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
Contributing to prosecution strategy
Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the u.sPatent and trademark office
Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending internationally
Contributing to significant international patent prosecution
Providing technical support for patent litigation proceedings
Requirements
Degree in materials engineering, chemical engineering, or the like
Outstanding writing and analytical skills
