Position: mid-level patent prosecution attorney
Experience: 1-5 years of experience
Ideal candidate
We have a need for a mid-level patent prosecution attorney in our denver, co office.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in:
Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
Contributing to prosecution strategy
Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the u.sPatent and trademark office
Requirements
Degree in materials engineering, chemical engineering, or the like
Registered to practice before the uspto
Outstanding writing and analytical skills
