Hr consultant works with clients and prospects to review and apply hr policies, procedures and programs that align and meet various regulationsApplies a high level of professionalism and confidentiality of company and compliance information.
Hr consultant primary job duties:
Audits current hr programs and suggesting solutions to existing challenges.
Assists clients integrate effective hr processes, programs and practices into their daily operations.
Develops and reviews hr policies and procedures.
Ensures hr agendas a realigned with employment law issues.
Creates, retains and updates hr related reports and documents.
Develops and maintains customer compliance and education resources to ensure compliance with various regulations.
Maintains knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
Knowledgeable of laws and regulations relating to human resources compliance programs including equal employment opportunity, harassment, and erisa, aca, hipaa, cobra, fmla, flsa.
Builds relationships with clients and assists with questions.
