The production and operational support manager is in charge of building, maintaining, and updating digital content for the ruscio institute`s website and associated web platformsThis person will collect, coordinate, edit, and manage assets related to the podcast, blog, youtube channel, product marketing, campaigns, promotions, and general ongoing content updates.
The ideal candidate will have incredible attention to detail, work effectively with all team members, manage calendars and high-level visions while being able to execute on detailed processesThey will have the ability to actively balance multiple projects and work under tight deadlines while consistently delivering quality results.
This person will have a very solid grasp on how to implement processes that are efficient and clear for everyone to participate in and follow along withThis role requires the ability to leverage technical solutions.
While the technical skills listed below are supportive and helpful, it is more valuable to be able to manage and source members on the team who can support our goals and projects, delegate appropriately, and keep the bigger picture moving forward.

30 hours per week to start; this role will develop into a full-time role within first 6 weeks
What you’ll do
Publish and maintain content on drruscio.com, store.drruscio.com, and ruscioinstitute.com
Work with and lead each member of the team to ensure all pieces come together for a high quality and timely finished product
Manage and develop templates for e-mail campaigns
Work with team to prepare product images, videos, text, and transcriptions for web publication
Collaborate with creative teams internally and externally to source and/or produce web assets as appropriate
Manage content publishing schedules and workflow to ensure deadlines are metRemain flexible as things come up and need to be moved around
Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and organize tasks post meeting appropriately
Optimize apps, plugins, processes, and ease of work for team on an ongoing basis
Help optimize metric viewing, reports, and requests for data analysis
Your qualifications
Familiarity with:
Google suite
Microsoft office
Content management and ecommerce systems (wordpress, klaviyo and shopify experience highly desired)
Experience with digital content production and management
Ability to meet deadlines and identify potential risks, resource needs, and prioritize workloads
Ability to self-manage, organize at the highest level, and delegate as needed
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to problem-solve in a collaborative manner with cross functional teams
