Overview: the role
The spur group is seeking a talent acquisition partner – technical, with proven success managing a full-cycle recruiting process within various technical functionsThe talent acquisition partner will serve as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, understand their objectives, assess their hiring needs, develop selection criteria, create recruitment strategies, and manage searches through the recruitment life cycleThe successful candidate will be a self-starter who works well in a dynamic, hands-on environment and will be eager to hit the ground runningThe talent acquisition partner must be organized and able to work independently to achieve results on multiple priorities simultaneouslyResponsibilities: what you will do
Own full-cycle recruiting for the technology consulting service line within the company
Build creative attraction and targeted sourcing strategies
Attract, source, screen, and assess a diverse candidate pool to fill open roles
Ensure positive candidate experience is reflective of our culture and brand from start to finish
Coach the business and team to deliver a consistent, compelling, and motivating message to prospective candidates
Partner with people team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate into recruiting strategies
Partner with people team to organize recruiting events and interviews
Conduct pre-briefs and debriefs with hiring managers and interview teams
Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records of our recruiting pipeline and provide pipeline reports to the talent acquisition manager on a regular basis
Follow up with candidates to provide updates during all stages of the application process
Finalize and send offer letters to all candidates, coordinating details with hiring managers and leadership
Support the hiring manager team in writing and maintaining accurate job descriptions

Qualifications
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
2+ years of demonstrable experience and expertise within technical recruiting preferred
Business or consulting related recruiting experience is preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, outlook, onenote)
Strong organization, attention to detail, cultural awareness, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
The spur group is a private consulting firm based in bellevue, waMost of our clients are based in the greater seattle and bellevue area; it is therefore expected for all employees to adhere to core work hours of 8 a.mTo 5 p.mPst, monday through friday, regardless of the time zones in which they resideFrom time to time client work may extend beyond these hours and may require some flexibility in work arrangements.
