We have a very unique opportunity at the squire agencyWe’ve partnered with some of the finest insurance carriers, to offer our clients an incredibly rounded product portfolio.
One of the most beautiful things about our agency is, we do not sell leads! we also don’t require our agents to purchase themSo if you’ve been in the business, spending $500-$1500 a week on leads, and driving all over your state for 4 hours a day to chase people who don’t want to talk to you, don’t worry — that’s not what this is.
We don’t hire everybody thoughOur name, and our image is very important to usSo we’re only looking for a particular type of personYou have to be very caring by designYou must be very positiveYou must be honestYou must approach each day with love in your heartYou must be able to work independently, and be able to push through the rough patches that make other people want to quitYou also must be able to be self-motivatedWhile we love hand holding with our spouses, we don’t love holding hands with our agents!
