Thirdera is looking for highly skilled senior servicenow technical consultant – csm to join our team!

Your mission
Lead our servicenow implementation and integration development efforts with servicenow’s csm by reimagining the customer experience, improve service operations and engage customers with digital workflowsSolve customer problems by bringing front, middle, and back offices together with servicenow’s customer service management (csm) module.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a confident, humble, and curious servicenow developer that is experienced in implementing servicenow’s csm powerYou can enable anyone in our client environment to extend csm or build custom business applicationsYou are happy to integrate servicenow csm and third-party applications and telephony platforms.
Requirements:
3+ years coding in javascript and servicenow csm deployments and / or integrations
Experienced in building and supporting the servicenow csm module for customers
Servicenow - certified system administrator (minimum) required
Servicenow – certified implementation specialist – csm required
Servicenow – certified application developer is desired
Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
Experience working with web services technologies such as soap and rest desired
Experienced with any or all of these skills desired: javascript, bootstrap, react, angular, node.js
Strong requirements gathering experienceAbility to work with business users and clients
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player
Csm, itsm and itil familiarity is required (itil foundations certification preferred)
Computer science or engineering degree or an equivalent preferred
