What you`ll be doing
Actively recruiting active and passive candidates for our fast growing instructor team
Maintain an active pipeline of candidates by reviewing resumes, executing informative candidate phone screens, scheduling on-sites and making recommendations to the team and hiring managers
Work closely with the education program team to streamline interview effectiveness and efficiency
Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during the hiring process
Researching and recommending new sources for candidate recruiting
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a recruiter in an agency, temporary staffing preferred
Willing to meet the challenge of working in a fast growing hi-tech company
Experience in technological recruiting: cybersecurity, digital marketing, full stack, data science or ux/ui design
Proficient with recruiting databases/applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting platforms (greenhouse/linkedin recruiter, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Can effectively manage a variety of complex initiatives in varying environments and cultures
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines and projects
Highly motivated and determined to reach target-driven goals
Behavioral elements such as adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiastic and meticulous are highly preferred
