What we`re looking for
Till partners with institutional rental housing companies and their residents to help renters everywhere succeed — changing the way people pay, stay, and thrive in their homesIn the process, we are empowering landlords, creating tremendous value for their communities, and making the world better.
Till is looking for someone with analytical skills who enjoys fast-paced environments and solving complex problemsIf the answer isn`t obvious, that should make you excited to figure it out and tell your teammates once you doYou`ll partner with product, growth, customer success, and engineeringIt will be your responsibility to help tell till`s story to the world.
Responsibilities
Utilize your deep understanding of analytics and statistics to identify problems and find solutions through till`s data
Design and build internal- and external-facing dashboards
Partner with the product team to define and drive till`s kpi reporting and make data-driven product decisions
Collaborate with engineering to improve till`s data ecosystem
Work closely with till`s co-founder and chief growth officer on growth marketing analytics to tell till`s story in the market
Support our founder and ceo in prepping data for board updates and pitch decks
As interested, step into data science projects to support the analytics team
About you
Passionate about transforming the rental housing industry and improving access to financial services to millions of renters
Find genuine enjoyment from solving complex problems that lack an obvious solution
Very advanced in sql and either r or python
Have outstanding data visualization skills and comfortable using data visualization tools (mode, sisense, looker, power bi, etc.) or have the ability and willingness to learn quickly
2-3 years experience doing business intelligence or analytics work (bonus if you`ve worked in a startup before!)
Enjoy telling stories through data, pay close attention to detail, and bias toward action-oriented findings
Enjoy working independently and as part of a team; you don`t mind pioneering new projects and taking extreme ownership to see projects through to completion
You`re probably a self-starter who possesses a strong sense of self-motivation
You`re selfless and collaborative; ideas don`t have to originate from you in order for you to commit to a path forward
You thrive in ambiguity, yet innovate toward structure and sustainability
